Fresco is both. Sleek and stunning, the small dining room sits comfortably atop the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art. Its goldfish bowl lounge provides a fish-eye's view of the ever-changing State Street tableau. Alfresco dining in the museum's sculpture garden is idyllic, as you watch the sun set. An appropriately artistic menu paints international flavors using a palate of local ingredients. The Fresco Fives menu--select martinis, wines by the glass, small plates and desserts for $5 each--is ingenious. Dinner at Fresco will leave you feeling on top of the world.
