As we pause to celebrate the City Sesquicentennial, we include hotels, taverns and supper clubs among our cherished institutions, past and present. Admirable Admiralty While the old Edgewater Rigadoon Room is used only for private functions these days, the hotel’s Admiralty Room is an upscale restaurant du jour, serving modern specialties like coconut curry shrimp.
