shrimp risotto garnished with caviar & chives.

Roasted butternut squash bisque garnished with
maple syrup, ginger snap & crème fraiche.

Brie & truffle slider topped with caramelized onion &
roasted oyster mushroom.

ENTREE

VBC beet pasta in a goat cheese cream sauce with
candied walnut, braised beet  and arugula.
Suggested Wine or Beer Pairing: Kenwood Chardonnay or  "Weiss Blau" Bavarian-style Weissbier

Smoked pork prime rib filled with smoked pulled pork shoulder, served over
a spiced mac & cheese gratin and garnished with pickled cabbage & VBC BBQ sauce.

Roasted duck roulade with sage demi glaze served
over sweet potato gratin & caramelized brussel sprouts.

Chocolate tart garnished with raspberry sauce and chantilly cream.
