Greens, radicchio, endive, escarol, and Napa cabbage, tossed with cranberry balsamic vinaigrette,
garnished with dried fruits and toasted pumpkin seeds.
Roth Kase Raclette cheese, baby red potatoes, baby dill pickles, pickled onions
Pork tenderloin medallion on caramelized apple with cider cream sauce,
pork shank lollipop glazed with honey mustardsauce on bacon and caraway kraut,
and cottage pie made with braised pork cheek and mashed potatoes.
Slowly braised with root vegetables till fall off the bone tender in Wollersheim Domaine du Sac red wine,
served with pan juices, and rosemary garlic mashed potatoes.
Pretzel crusted boneless breast, stuffed with Wisconsin Gruyere cheese and smoked duck breast,
with a port wine & dried cherry sauce, served with wild rice, and ginger buttered carrots.

Chocolate Sauce Cake
Rich and gooey chocolate cake baked on chocolate sauce, up ended into a bowl and served warm
with vanilla ice cream. Not so pretty, but just try to stop eating this!
