A regional favorite of our sister city, Mantova, Italy. Pumkpin stuffed
ravioli topped with a creamy gorgonzola sauce and walnuts.

Garibaldi
A Paisans original. A ten inch french loaf of bread topped with
slices of ham, salami, pepper jack cheese, tomatoes and your choice
of green or banana peppers.

Prosciutto and Panna
Seashells topped with prosciutto, mushrooms and peas.
Smothered with Alfredo sauce and oven baked.

Bigoli with Boloignese
A regional favorite of Mantova Italy. Bigoli, a thick
