shallots and leeks with a crimini mushroom béchamel

Jambalaya of shrimp, andouille sausage and
Fox Valley Berkshire bacon in a spicy tomato sauce over rice

Chicken Salad Po boy with pecans, Fox Valley Berkshire bacon and
red onions on fresh baked baguette and served with
sweet potato chips and spicy andouille orzo salad
