1ST COURSE

Mediterranean Salad
Crisp greens, artichoke hearts, sweet peppers, kalamata olives,
cherry tomatoes, feta, red wine vinaigrette.

Betta Bruschetta
Grilled focaccia bread topped with fresh roma tomatoes, chevre goat cheese,
onions, olive oil and basil. It’s the goat cheese that makes it Betta!

Toasted Ravioli
Pillows of lightly fried cheese ravioli with marinara and Johnny’s dipping sauce.

2ND COURSE

Turkey, Brie and Roast Pear Sandwich with Soup
Handsliced multigrain bread, citrus aioli, fresh greens and
tomato served with a cup of Baked Potato Soup.

Cavatappi with Olives, Tomatoes and Feta
Sautéed in garlic and olive oil, with cherry tomatoes and a touch of red pepper,
deglazed with white wine and topped with feta cheese and grated parmesan.

Italian Meat Piada
Salami, capicola, prosciutto, provolone and spicy Giardiniere served on a
crisply grilled Italian Flatbread served with Johnny’s house chips.

3RD COURSE

Roasted Banana Cheesecake
Topped with brulee of fresh banana and salted rum butterscotch.

Warm Chocolate Cake
Fresh baked chocolate cake with a molten center and cinnamon ice cream.

Tiramisu
Lady fingers dipped in coffee and rum, Mascarpone cheese blended with amaretto,
espresso, fresh whipped cream, all on top of a chocolate ganache pie crust with a dusting of cocoa.
