Causitas de Pollo
A traditional preparation of freshly mashed potatoes, infused with key lime juice
and pressed into a cake with a touch of aji amarillo, stuffed with shredded
chicken breast, cover with huancaina sauce.

Pastel de Tamal Verde
Peruvian cilantro tamale, stuffed with chicken marinated in cilantro sauce
and cheese cooked lightly on the oven. Served with creole sauce.

Papita Rellena
Lightly fried mashed potatoes with traditional seasoning stuffed with ground beef,
raisin, boiled egg and black olives topped with creole sauce and
served over Peruvian spicy huacatay sauce.

ENTRÉE

Arroz con Cerdo
Tasty rice, carrots, peas, red peppers, mixed with aji panca pepper
sauce accompanied with aromatic broiled pork.

Lasagna de Aji de Pollo
Pasta layers with tender shredded chicken breast in creamy yellow chili pepper,
parmesan cheese.

Tacu Tacu con Seco
Juicy slow cooked Beef in base of cilantro, chicha de jora, beer, creole sauce
accompanied with tacu tacu, afro Peruvian rice and beans.

DESSERT

Mousse de Maracuya Helado
An exotic fruit grown in the Jungle of Peru. Light and creamy mousse covered
with homemade fudge.

Cuatro Leches
Mixture of four milks garnished with a touch of cinnamon, over a light cake.

white sauce, and gratin parmesan cheese

cecina (dried meat from the amazon region) sweet plantain, garnished with exotic mayonnaise
and cocona fruit (an exotic fruit from the amazon region)
Causita de Cangrejo: traditional mashed potatoes preparation, flavor with key lime juice,
cover with crab meat & spicy huancaina cream & garnished with chives, red pepper and olive.
