APPETIZER

ROASTED DUCK QUESADILLA
Flour tortillas filled with roasted duck, queso, cracked white pepper, and pico de gallo. Garnished with fresh lime.

TORTILLA SOUP
A rich chicken broth blended with roasted tomatoes, onion, garlic and jalapeno peppers,
garnished with queso, pasilla chile and tortilla strips.

SOUTHWEST CAESAR
Fresh romaine lettuce tossed with feta cheese, tortilla strips, tomato and house dressing.

ENTREE

1/2 RACK BABY BACK RIBS
Kansas City style, dry rubbed, slow-smoked pork ribs. Served with a Kentucky-style BBQ sauce,
Chipotle potato salad, green chile pinto beans, corn cake, pickles, and onions.

SOUTHWESTERN BLACKENED CATFISH
Fresh catfish fillet rubbed in house made blackening spice and seared in a cast iron skillet.
Served with pickled red onions, smoked jalapeno and black bean purees,
guacamole, fresh lime, black beans, and red rice.

GRILLED SPINACH ENCHILADAS
Corn tortillas filled with a mixture of fresh spinach, feta,
chevre, white cheddar and cream cheese.
Grilled to perfection and served with red rice, black beans and a
roasted tomato, green olive, onion and caper Veracruz salsa.

DESSERT

LEMON JALAPENO PIE
We squeeze fresh lemon juice then mix it with eggs, milk, sugar and fresh diced jalapeno.
Then we back it in a homemade pie crust. Garnished with whip cream and mint.

ALMOND FLAN WITH AGAVE SYRUP
Traditional Mexican custard made with milk, caramel, eggs, sugar,
and vanilla with an almond crust. Drizzled with agave syrup.

CHOCOLATE ANCHO PECAN PIE
Homemade pecan pie with an ancho chile kick. Served with tequila crème anglaise.
