Tastiest Classic Cocktail: Kevin Kane & Mera Dorner from Plate & Barrel!

Bloody Maria:

½ gallon Sacramento tomato juice
1 ½ T Worcestershire sauce
1 T Sriracha sauce
2T fresh squeezed lime juice
1 T celery salt
½ T black pepper
1/3 cup finely chopped fresh salsa
1 T chopped horseradish
1 chopped garlic clove
1 oz sliced jalapenos
1 ½ oz Scorpion Mezcal tequila
Garnish by skewering ½ organic boiled egg, ½ slice of bacon, and a couple jalapenos
Rim glass with salt and enjoy.

Tastiest Modern Twist Cocktail: Johanna Heineman-Pieper from DLUX!

Creamy Carrot Cake Martini:

1/2 oz Goldschlagger
1/2 oz Khalua
3/4 oz Frangelico
3/4 oz Butterscotch schnapps
2 tbs Sassy Cow Vanilla Ice Cream *
1/2 Fresh Carrot juice *
1/2 oz Honey-Ginger syrup (optional) *
1 egg white (optional) *

* secret ingredients for the competition

In a Boston cocktail shaker shake the egg white by itself to emulsify the egg and get a good froth.
Add ice and all other ingredients and shake again for about 30 seconds. Strain into a martini glass and enjoy!
