7:30 - 8:00am: Homeroom, join us early before our speaker for coffee & conversation on the lake patio 8:00 - 8:55am: Class, learn from local and regional expertise about lake and watershed issues  9:00 - 9:30am: Extra Credit Q&A, stay a bit longer as we open up for more questions and answers with the presenter

Yahara Lakes 101 is a series of educational events on the 2nd Thursday of each month from May to September. They are held on Level B of the Verex Building in Bluephies and on the lake patio.  Each event features a different lake expert speaking and Bluephies serves coffee and a continental breakfast.

The first event is on Thursday, May 9th from 7:30am - 9am.  Doug Soldat, associate professor of soil science at UW-Madison, will be speaking on lawns and water quality.

If you are already a Friend of Clean Lakes, admission is free. If you aren't, admission is $10 per event.  Even if you are a Friend already, you must still register for each event. Hope to see you there!
