Red Sushi is a modern interpretation of the all-American diner with an Asian twist. Both counter and booths are stylishly sleek and the accoutrements comfortable. The anticipated selection of sushi and sashimi is extensive and enticing. Other Japanese favorites such as several varieties of tempura and everything from miso to mochi ice cream are there as well. Steak, chicken and seafood specialties come hot from the grill, served with stir-fried seasonal vegetables and steamed rice. For a satisfying, up-to-date dining experience, Red Sushi is hard to beat. Like at the old -fashioned café, both the service and the check aim to please.
