Pick of the Week: Equestrian Chic

Pick of the Week: Equestrian Chic

Did you ever notice it's much easier to find cute summer dresses—even when you're not looking? My last summer cocktail dress purchase was totally unplanned: the leopard-print piece just spoke to me, so I had to have it. But I always find it more challenging to find stylish dresses for the fall and winter. Heavier fabrics, long sleeves and longer lengths can go dowdy quickly. Then there's always a question of what tights and shoes/boots/booties to wear with said dress!

But recently I was perusing a San Francisco-based style blogger's site and spotted her wearing this beautiful ASOS tie-neck dress with the sweet motif of galloping horses on it. I could imagine wearing it to work or on the weekend with leggings and boots, strolling through the fall leaves. A horse print may not be for everyone, but I'm loving this spot-on piece for fall and winter!

Bonus:, a Brit-based website, offers free shipping both ways! Genius!
