Pick of the Week: Bronze Bombshell

Pick of the Week: Bronze Bombshell

I have never been mistaken for an extremely tan person, because, well, I'm not. Childhood photos show me with white-blond hair and pale skin to match. Since then not much has changed in terms of my coloring. Over the summer I tend to use darker self-tanning products (like L'Oreal's Sublime Bronze) that give me a sun-kissed glow. When the weather turns cooler though, I've always thought that the darker products I use in the summer look a bit too dramatic. That's why I like Jergens Natural Glow Body Moisturizer—you've probably seen these products before—that promise to impart a bit of tan with every use.

Now, I only tell people about products that I love and that work. And this one works. A major bonus is that the scent is quite pleasant too—nothing strong like cheaper self-tanning products I've used. At just under $8 and available at any mass merchandiser (Target, Walgreen's, Walmart) it's a small price to pay (literally) for a bit of a summer glow that lasts year-round.
