Why This Dish

Maybe it’s something about sipping this drink inside of Coopers’ cozy brick façade on a windy, rainy day—or maybe it’s just the delicious combination of apple cider with Goldschläger schnapps. Either way, this seasonal warmer hits the spot. Though probably the simplest of the six warmers offered by the tavern, the Cinnamon Stick doesn’t skimp on flavor. The multiple dimensions of spice provided by the layers of liqueurs that make up this drink leave a lasting tingle on the tongue. Alongside the Cinnamon Stick on the Winter Warmers menu are classic concoctions like the hot toddy, with more original creations like the Tiramisu and the S’more. Ordering one of these drinks will surely get you into the holiday mood, or at least make you forget about that gloomy weather outside. The Winter Warmers drink menu will be available until April.
