Tuesday, April 22

Indulge in a five-course dinner featuring Zepaltas Wines (with winemaker and Wisconsinite Ryan Zepaltas on hand) at Heritage Tavern. $65 tasting menu, $85 with wine pairings, 5:30 p.m., heritagetavern.com

Thursday, April 24

Tory Miller will make a special appearance at the beloved Sun Prairie farm-to-table pizza place Salvatore’s Tomato Pies for dinner. The L’Etoile/Graze chef will be crafting a special tomato pie called "The Red Dragon" with pork bulgogi, grilled bok choy, kimchi, gochujang sauce, rice pearl crackers, Pleasant Ridge Reserve cheese and egg. Hop Head Beer Tours is putting on their annual Backroads Brewery Bus Tour. Host Jim Draeger, author of Bottoms Up! A Toast to Wisconsin’s Historic Bars & Breweries, will lead tour-goers through stops at Lake Louie Brewing, the historic Badger Bar in Platteville, Potosi Brewing and the National Brewery Museum. $75, 12–9 p.m., hopheadbeertours.com
